In addition to our dedicated series, our fall calendar will also feature numerous new films and special events, many catalyzed in collaboration with campus departments and programs.

Highlights include a 16mm program by experimental filmmaker Alee Peoples, Ken Loach's The Old Oak, Shuchi Talati's powerful Sundance feature Girls Will Be Girls, the psychedelic, Irish-language docu-drama Kneecap, A24’s queer-love-story-turned-vigilante-thriller Love Lies Bleeding, and a Halloween screening of Stanley Kubrick's The Shining, in memory of the late actress Shelley Duvall.

Though we would argue that all films at Cornell Cinema are worth watching, "Worth a Watch" curates for your enjoyment some of the most compelling and critically acclaimed recent releases from the past year, focusing primarily on international features, independent films, and festival favorites.
