Eyes Wide Shut is an erotic, psychological drama directed by Stanley Kubrick and based on the 1962 novella Dream Story by Arthur Schnitzler. Kubrick died of a heart attack six days after showing the final cut of the film, making it the legendary director's final film.

Starring Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise, Eyes Wide Shut centers on the mysterious, sexual escapades of a couple Dr. Bill and Alice Harford. After Alice admits to having sexual fantasies about a man she met, Bill becomes obsessed with having his own extra-marital sexual encounter. He discovers an underground sexual group and attends one of their meetings — and quickly discovers that he is in over his head.
