We gain an insightful look into the
hearts and souls of three very different men as they are revealed
in their magnificent gardens. One garden lies at the heart of
Stockholm, one on the grounds of a Manor in Perigord, and the
third surrounds a pavilion in Touraine. The role played by reverence
for the earth in the relationship between the personal, the private,
and the cultivated is movingly explored in the juxtaposition
of these men's work, voices, and bounteous produce. Directed
