with Professor Terry Turner Award-winning filmmaker Geoffrey O'Connor looks back on his experiences filming political events in the Brazilian Amazon. Beginning with the assassination of Chico Mendes in 1988 and ending with a return trip to Yanomami Territory in 1995, this seven-year journey provides an illuminating perspective on the volatile changes of the era. Produced and directed by Geoffrey O'Connor. Terry Turner is a Professor of Anthropology at Cornell University and was an advisor to Geoffrey O'Connor on Amazon Journal. |
