Like Crazy explores the trials of young love, full of both hope and heartbreak. British college student Anna falls for her American classmate Jacob, and the two share the last months before graduation deeply in love. However, once Anna overstays her visa and is forced to return home, the pair struggle with the challenge of separation and the sacrifices they must make if they truly believe they belong together. Based on only a 50-page script, the improvisation left to the two leads lends sincerity to the simple, heartfelt moments on the screen that can seldom be found in big-budget Hollywood romances. Winner of the Grand Jury Prize for Best Picture at the 2011 Sundance Film, "Like Crazy is an exquisite, beautifully acted gem of a film." (Variety) More at Likecrazy.com 35mm
